Managing Operations and Logistics has been my specialty for over 15 years. I love the challenge that comes from tackling complicated operational arrangements and working with team members to put an efficient plan in place that not only benefits the company but our customers. I have had the great opportunity to work with and manage a differentiated range of groups and individuals. The interactions that have come out of working in these wide-ranging environments has challenged my own communication skills to adapt and grow as a leader and co-worker. I believe that working within a team that communicates at a high level is the one of greatest drivers to a successful operation, not matter the type of work. While working with and managing in these teams I have helped identify areas of weaknesses within my specific departments as well as companywide. Taking the approach of building communication and collaborating directly with the groups involved I have come up with common sense and sustainable solutions that have driven cost reductions and gains for the whole organization. I have helped organizations in the areas of improving process flow, logistics, inventory, and operational inefficiencies.
