• Responsible for 96 ATR suppliers (Repair Center, Cabin OEM, FAL and Training Center Service• Providers, Distributors & Brokers) concerning the quality follow-up, pro-active risk identification and problem solving.• Plan and conduct product and process related audits/assessments for suppliers qualification and surveillance.• Lead In-Service Quality Survey (ISQS) within the ATR Customer Support & Services team, ensure completion of the ISQS and verify effectiveness of the solution.• Responsible to monitor and support new product introduction to ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial phase.• Act as key member within the multi-functional team representing the quality function during supplier selection and project development phases.• Propose and manage Suppliers Quality team Process performances improvement.• Organize and manage workshop for development and transformation of Supplier Quality team.

• Daily follow up of supplier equipment rejection in ATR Final Assembly Line.• Lead quality follow up with supplier• Launch containment, and long term corrective actions following results of supplier root cause analysis.• Participate to root cause analysis in relation with internal customer such as Product Quality, Design Office, Production and Logistic)• Maintain close communication with Supplier as interface between ATR and Supplier production.• Manage complex operational issues in ATR.• Update ATR data base of rejection per Supplier.

• Responsible for work packages (A320Neo and A350 programs) concerning the On Time and On Quality deliveries (industrialization and series production)• Manage complex operational issues at supplier sites.• Lead quality improvement projection to reduce concessions level (achieved 50% improvement).• Interface with Airbus internal functions for suppliers’ operational activities.• Manage contractual supply chain & quality aspects related to On Time/On Quality performances.• Perform Supplier capacity, capability & performances audits and contribute to the Supplier development.• Lead Work Package transfer of Work activities in between different suppliers or in between suppliers’ production sites.• Identify industrial risks, propose and manage mitigation action plan.• Act as key member within the Program multi-functional team covering the key actions and tactical strategy about supplier operational performance.• Maintain and manage a close communication and coordination with the operational teams at internal customer sites, to ensure the contribution of all relevant functions to delivery of procured parts.

• Coordinating A350 suppliers’ capacity studies with German, English, Spanish and French teams. Identifying and proposing convergence recovery actions.• Establishing suppliers’ priorities for performance improvement for local Procurement team – Managing follow-up reviews. • Contributing as a Procurement representative on concession level reductions and a qualification project related to the series production rate increase (ramp-up).

• Actively participated to the composite structure definition of two different catamaran's boom.• Responsible for a project to improve the composite rear end of a 25m yacht following customer demand ("as-is" analysis, establishing improvement solution, preparing final solution proposal).

• Worked on cabin refurbishment of Embraer planes (removal of panels, carpets, floors, seats, furniture and re-installation of new ones).• Visually inspected of main parts: Identifying cracks, corrosion, etc...• Supported the maintenance team with the removal, inspection and change of cabin interiors.
