Responsible for producing, checking and approving design documentation in accordance with relevant airworthiness requirements and preparing.

• Responsible for the design, styling and development activities involved in the build, refurbishment and modification of corporate aircraft interiors and exterior livery as a part of the EASA Part 21J engineering.
• Meeting customers to develop relationships, discuss aircraft build standard and define customer specification.
• Converting initial product / furnishing concepts and client requirements into finished manufacturing packages, within the constraints of engineering feasibility.
• Preparation of conceptual design proposals for client presentation including layouts of interior furnishings, prototype models, 3D drawings and marker renderings, material display boards depicting aircraft interior.
• Preparation of engineering drawings for the production of furnishing items through to manufacture liaison, testing and implementation to aircraft.
• Providing a design response to production queries and Works Query Notes generated by shop floor personnel, within delegated authority, referring others to specialists as required.

St. Asaph

• Responsible for all Product Design and Exhibition Design work under the technical supervision of the Managing Director. Duties included:
• Customer liaison involving initial design briefings through to final customer acceptance.
• Compiling design estimates and production costings.
• Production of innovative and creative design proposals to suit customer requirements.
• Production of 3D drawings, renderings and scale models of design proposals.
• Preparation of detail engineering, component and assembly drawings.
