• Analyze and interpret highly complex engineering information such as: engineering work orders, product plan content, vehicle description information and Master Parts Lists• Translate vehicle data into model and assembly usage statements to create and maintain parts lists within Engineering Product Release system.• Work with individual engineers, design team and program team members to achieve quality work orders, parts list and catalog listings• Meet all deliverables in a timely matter for monthly and program audits, and performance objectives• Performs root cause analysis and implements corrective actions of releasing issues based on audit analysis and engineering work orders

• Efficiently develop tool tracker to ensure all new tool end items (NTEI) are kicked off on the correct date• Manage tool tracker and other databases to reflect most current containment plans for parts that reflect delays• Assist cross functional support with addressing open issues that will cause parts to be delayed to the material required date (MRD)• Coordinate status check points with all suppliers world wide to ensure on time part delivery • Utilize part/tool tracking database to identify parts and tools that will not meet specific milestones• Collect and verify all tracking information was sent for each GPRIS purchase order• Participate in upper management meetings providing updates and resolution of all orders • Assist program and team with part check in to ensure team meets goal of 90% or higher
