Project Engineer
Current• Project experience in pulp, paper making, and utilities.• Lead complex projects in excess of $10MM with confidence and discipline to hit target dates, deliver value, and maintain budget.• Develop projects from conception to completion, provide project leadership and guidance, and deliver the desired expectations of the project.• Manage several capital projects at the same time, collectively exceeding $20MM in budget. • Review contractor deliverables, and resolve technical issues during scope development, design, and construction.• Mentor new engineers and foster an environment where mentees take personal ownership in their work. • Develop project alternatives based on customer needs and long term value created for the company.• Integrate EH&S and Reliability into project design.• Expertly manage contractor work being performed on site, ensuring that all legal, safety, environmental, and security requirements are met.• Support Green Bay Operations safety and environmental visions and help create an environment where no one could ever be hurt.
