As Accessories Flight Chief, I am responsible for the well-being of 88 personnel spanning three different career fields. I oversee their maintenance efforts which support 76 F-16CM aircraft valued at $3.4 billion. I supervise their readiness and training requirements while ensuring they are resourced to execute their duties. I report manning levels and maintenance support capacities to our Director of Operations, as well as monitor their quality of maintenance while attempting to identify any negative trends and resolve them.

Directly supervises 5 production superintendents and 6 flightline expediters. Oversees and manages maintenance for 26 F-16CMs valued at $1.1 billion. Coordinates with Plans and Scheduling team to project future flying and long-term maintenance requirements. Collaborates with both Maintenance and Operations Directors of Operations to fulfill aircrew readiness requirements. Interacts with Maintenance and Logistic support functions to ensure the availability of resources to execute the Annual Training Plan (flying hour program).

Directly supervises three flightline expediters and coordinates maintenance for five different career field specialties. Manages the flying schedule and provides inputs to the Lead Production Superintendent. Oversees daily flying operations and prioritizes aircraft with Operators (pilots) to ensure maximum utilization of available aircraft to meet Ready Aircrew Program requirements. Supervises scheduled maintenance and ensures aircraft Phase inspection requirements are being met. Identifies maintenance trends and works with Database Analysis and Debrief personnel to provide solutions to leadership.
