Collaborate with center management to meet internal and external customer demands on a consistent and qualitative basis. Examine and evaluate statistical data and produce forecasts and schedules to meet the staffing level requirements and improve standards and service levels within the center. Use strong data research and analytical skills with tools such as Excel and Access to prepare staffing plans and present reports and analysis of data and impacts to Upper Management.
