This is such a small, often misunderstood field and I'm enjoying doing my small part to tell the story of emergency management to individuals and community leaders, and anyone else who might be interested.I am at the point where I enjoy a mix of being a practitioner, a leader and influencer where I can and maybe most important - training, mentoring and guiding the next generation of emergency managers.
