Executed work on a fuel cell power module for a military submarine. Some of my accomplishments are shown in the following:Redesign High Voltage Device for use in explosive atmosphere: Redesign included analytical work in heat transfer, structures, thermodynamics, and electrical circuits. Gained experience in compliance testing, component level and system level FMEAs, tolerance studies, presentation skills, managed time and supplier relations. Component was verified to be 100% EN60079 compliant.Functional Requirement Compliance Matrices for Power Module: Created document to the customer, showing proof of compliance to component requirements. Task has provided excellent experience with presentation skills as well as familiarization with component design and capabilities.

Part-time position assisting various engineering departments with the following: · Detailed / checked drawings using ProE and Solidworks. · Improved documentation update process via Microsoft Visual Basic language. · Component inspections.

Worked in the Mechanical Balance of Plant Department. Some of my accomplishments at UTC Power are as follows: · Worked with team to resolve tubing contamination issue on test stands and bring test stands toward completion. · Worked to update/create component specifications, test procedures, test reports, reliability documentation, and system drawings. · Worked on component testing to ensure performance targets were met. · Worked to troubleshoot various test stand issues and power plant component issues.

Worked in the Prototype Development department. Some of my accomplishments are as follows:• Created program using Visual Basics language to process Rapid Prototype Service Requests. Projected to save 180 man-hours annually and drastically reduce errors. Awarded for my accomplishment.• Water leak testing/troubleshooting for prototype vehicle.• Designed target required for ATOS measuring device using CATIA software.• Worked with team on Digital Assembly to evaluate routing quality assurance, serviceability, and water leak on pre-production vehicle.• Performed benchmark evaluations on competitor vehicles. Presented report to design team illustrating a particular area of the vehicle that could be improved based on benchmark data.

Worked to optimize handling performance on NASCAR Modified chassis. Gained valuable experience with development process, vehicle dynamics, and chassis design. A well organized procedure led to positive results.
