Managed 39 suppliers across East Liberty and Marysville Automotive Plants for New Model Development. Daily tasks consisted of but not limited to, issuing purchase orders, tracking purchase orders, cost negotiations, working with suppliers on their tooling maturation and managing all New Model Japan parts, about 500 parts, for the East Liberty and Marysville Automotive Plants.

Responsible for running a production line and managing approximately 14 fellow associates. We manufactured body mists that ranged from 1oz to 16oz bottles all while maintaining GMP. Also, participated in equipment validation and participating in monthly Kaizen Events to improve the efficiency of the production lines on site.

Responsible for working on the production team in developing and implementing standardized-work documents, standard operating procedures (SOP), job aides (JA), work instructions (WI) and other documents related to production activities. In addition, I participate in continuous improvement events and rapid improvement events, targeted to improve the efficiency and productivity of the operation.

Worked in Global Procurement Services as a Procurement Specialist. I was responsible for managing supplier relationships, category management and using skilled negotiation tactics. Was also responsible for collecting spend data from numerous business partners to build a baseline for the global benefits project which helped determine cost savings of approximately $20MM.

Was responsible for determining the effectiveness of water treatment programs for two central Ohio sites. Position required high levels of self-managed workload, internal and external communications, and building relationships with the clientele.
