My varied knowledge has allowed me to surpass business expectations while supporting the company’s vision for short and long term growth goals.My expertise and knowledge working in a multi-tiered Facilities environment has allowed me to continually create successful contract and vendor management process driven programs. Through the successful creation, implementing, monitoring and continued evolution of such facilities programs I have been able to create multi-year forecasting operating expense budgets, life cycle costs models, furniture and equipment management programs while planning for the future impacts of capital asset investments. Throughout my career I have overseen a wide variety of business functions in the areas of corporate, retail, call centers, banking, security and hospitality as a customer and service provider which has afforded me the insight to ensure quantifiable measured results assuring profit maximization realisation while congruently supporting business growth.
