Manage Engineering and Sustainability/Renewables Project Management Office (PMO) including development of all PMO elements as well as oversee the management of the Asset Management Program. This program includes; operation of Engineering and Sustainability renewable facilities, monitoring infrastructure assets, modifications, periodic inspections, preventive maintenance, corrective action, failure analysis and tracking. Manage the processes to maximize project management/development efficiency for Engineering and Sustainability Projects which represents over $100MM in investments in the past 10 years, and a forecast of $300MM in investments over the next decade projects and/or due diligence efforts of any type, including those which require extensive experience and expertise.. Oversee the management of Lead a team focused on the evaluation of facilities for opportunities to enhance existing energy resources as well as implement other Cox Conserves efforts.

Oversee construction and all daily plant operations for production, manufacturing, sales and financial performance for Cox Conserves waste to energy pyrolysis facility. Develop and implement processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality, productivity and profitability. Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards. Research and implement new directives for business growth and profitability. Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus. Develop and implement plant safety procedures. Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation. Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.

Key contributor to Engineering and Sustainability strategy, development, implementation and management or renewable energy and facilities engineering projects. Manage and oversee the development of a wide variety of renewable energy projects that often require extensive development, knowledge of permitting and regulatory hurdles, and partnering across many teams to execute effectively. Maximize the development efficiency for Engineering and Sustainability projects. Independently manage projects, lead by influence across the team, and manage staff to support work priorities. Key roles include: project development, financial modeling, budgeting, construction, operation, management, monitoring infrastructure assets, modifications, periodic inspections, preventive maintenance, corrective action, failure analysis, measurement and tracking.

Analyzing operations for use in driving new Engineering and Sustainability projects. Identify high energy consuming sources and design/developing energy efficient processes for these areas. Introduce and implement innovative processes in the organization to reduce energy consumption. Create awareness about sustainability systems installed and employee engagement to reduce environmental impact. Manage the construction, designing, and development of projects. Conduct facilities mechanical and electrical infrastructure inspections. Evaluate infrastructure design and preventive maintenance opportunities. Report findings and recommendations from facilities inspections. Manage mechanical and electrical infrastructure upgrades and regulatory requirements. Manage energy system design and installation. Provide renewable energy technical guidance and expertise to the wider group. Manage technical due diligence processes.
