• Worked with vendors to investigate new technology solutions and pricing, and develop material and labor budgets for server system transition and new mobile app project resulting in a lower cost web app solution• Assisted in the technical set-up, maintenance and support for fully customizable enterprise workflow system which consisted of more than 200 editorial and production users leading to $57K printing savings in 2012 alone in addition to personnel savings• Directed a team of in-house and consultant personnel to meet system project goals and trouble shoot system issues • Developed and implemented web based billing system using MYSQL and PHP, streamlining workflows resulting in 50% decrease in system data entry.
