Worked with the CEO and COO to grow the company from 100 employees to 350+ after Series A funding. I brought 58 people from Coverance to join me here, until the company also ran out of funding.Managed the HR team and all of it's functions including benefits, compliance, employee relations, performance, compensation, and organizational development.
