Review opportunities for putting contracts in place that would deliver better value for money and a management information structure that would allow regular review of airport spend and set future priorities.

Achievements:Restructured the post privatisation teams into a single delivery unit within a matrix structure. Reviewed and implemented a new supply chain structure for the business that also delivered a more efficient and effective supply chain model.
