I serve as a member of and volunteer for Operation Game Thief of Maine. This is an organization based around serving and protecting the Natural Resources of Maine.

Operation Game Thief is a private 501c3, non-profit organization that works in cooperation with the Department of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife, Maine Warden Service, Department of Marine Resources, Maine Marine Patrol, and Wildlife Crime Stoppers which pays rewards, if requested, to citizens who turn in poachers or to individuals unlawfully introducing non-native fish species to lakes, ponds and streams of Maine.In my role with Maine Operation Game Thief, I am tasked with:- Managing the bookkeeping of an ever-growing not-for-profit in Maine. This includes account over six figures, investment accounts, an online store, and multiple large events a year.- Assisting in the planning and enactment of large scale fundraising and outreach efforts.- Serving as an advocate for the organization, the Maine Warden Service, the Maine Marine Patrol and their mission to protect the natural resources of Maine.- Assisting in leading and managing a team of volunteers for the enactment of events and fundraising efforts throughout the year.- Assisting in the handling of relationships with donors; both large scale and smaller scale to ensure the viability for the future of the mission of the organization.

This role serves as the public facing front of Cabela's in Scarborough, ME. In promotion of the company, its role in Maine, and the growth within the state, I am tasked with:- Planning and putting into action 12-15 mid-size events and 3-4 large scale events each year. These include both youth events and events catered to adults and the enhancement of industry based knowledge. In the past, this has included the planning, set-up, and implementation of the 2019 Maine Moose Lottery and Festival.- Developing and implementing partnerships and relationships beneficial to the company, its mission, and its presence within Maine. This includes relationships with industry partners, state agencies, conservation groups, youth organizations, and outfitters.- Handling outreach of the company within the state of Maine; this includes donations, sponsorship's, and off-site events. This includes 6-10 off-site events each year to promote the company, its missions, its impact, and what it has to offer within the state of Maine. This includes a focus on the company's return on investment and turning the sponsorship's and donations into long term partnerships, including sales.- Coordinating all public relations missions and activities of the company within the state of Maine. This includes initiatives and involvement in programs that promote the outdoor recreation field we serve and its' future.- Leading a crew of Seasonal Events Associates to ensure proper staffing and enactment of both in-store, on campus and off site events.- Serving as an example of the strong commitment to customer service and the customer as a shared value with the company.- Managing both the social media accounts and the website for the individual store.- Having served in other positions throughout the store when needed, including but not limited to: running the Front End, serving as Manager on Duty, and the promotion of the Cabela's Club program.

- Provided excellent customer service in varying confidence.- Served as part of the retail sales floor in the footwear department.- worked in this position for a bit over a month before being promoted to current position.- Position hours and duties varied.

- Ran a small state park that saw approximately 2,000 - 4,000 visitors a day.- Tasked with park and trail maintenance.- Tasked with Enforcement of park policy and state law on general use visitors to state park.- Routinely encountered visitors in which conflict resolution was a necessity.- Tasked with greeting, welcoming, and enhancing the experience of each visitor.Frequently worked both opening and closing shifts within the park.-worked in ever changing weather conditions.

- Headed up a cabin of 8-12 boys varying in age and nationality.- Designed and enacted a lesson plan on a weekly basis.- Worked in conditions ranging from 95 and sunny to mid-40's with with ever changing weather.- Spoke in groups ranging from 5 kids to well over 200.- Tasked with creative and engaging problem solving.- Worked on a 24/6 schedule for 10-12 weeks of the summer.

- Tasked with providing prompt and accurate but excellent customer service.- Tasked with training new crew members.- Duties included day prep in the morning, cashier duties, and standard cleaning of the lobby.
