Current Initiatives:- Lead The Shareholder Engagement Project, a pilot program focused on integrating and operationalizing Active Ownership at foundations. SEP's vision and execution is supported by several foundations, including The Nathan Cummings Foundation and The Educational Foundation of America.- Support the Rematriating Economies Apprenticeship -- an initiative to increase the number of indigenous women in investing -- identify Placement Partners (i.e., private, values-aligned investment funds) for its second cohort's graduates.

- Co-design, launch and lead the Trustee Leadership Forum Peer Mentoring Project, an initiative supporting labor pension fund trustees from some of the nation's largest public funds develop capital strategies that bolster worker power and promote more responsible investing at their respective funds. In our inaugural year, we had 16 participants, with a collective 100 years of trustee experience, coming from funds representing trillions of dollars of workers' capital.

- Teach "Capital for Good: Finance, Investment and Social Justice" in CCNY's Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership to graduate students

- Co-created the blueprint and execution of the program's evolution to becoming a social justice MPA- Supported graduate students with professional development through coaching and mentoring

- Launched organization's Capital Strategies (now Impact Investments) division, where we designed and developed innovative capital products/impact investments by-for-and-with BIPOC communities across the country- Led organization's deal teams that invested millions of dollars into character-based lending, revenue-based finance and community-owned real estate opportunities

- Mission-driven advisory firm focused on supporting BIPOC social enterprises and impact investors/funds.

- Directed the 2019 Transform Finance Cohort: The Future of Workers is Now, which features prominent labor organizations (SEIU, Jobs with Justice, National Domestic Workers Alliance, CTUL, Workers Defense Project and Working Partnerships USA) and coaches with backgrounds in institutional investment, pensions, private equity, venture capital, fixed income and municipal finance to develop and integrate innovative capital tactics for worker justice- Led national launch and implementation of Transform Finance's Local Institutes to Atlanta, Phoenix, Cincinnati, Denver, Louisville and Portland to provide social justice finance education and insights to communities historically excluded from conversations around capital- Managed Transform Finance's flagship Institute for Social Justice Leaders, an introductory training for practitioners around the country interested in reclaiming capital for good- Spoke at social justice-focused conferences like CommonBound (New Economy Coalition), Money for Our Movements (Grassroots Institute for Fundraising Training) and ComCap- Contributed to investor-facing research projects

- Administered more than $2.5 million in annual grants to more than 20 grantees in the fields of poverty alleviation, social entrepreneurship, food systems, gender equality, healthcare and more- Contributed to the foundation’s growing impact investment practice by discovering and diligencing program-related investment opportunities, specifically opportunities around criminal justice reform, financing for higher education, and sustainable food systems

- Launched and managed an underfunded effort to pair international Korean adoptees with domestically adopted Korean youths- Triangulated teams of mentors, mentees (plus mentees’ parents), and bi-lingual Korean volunteers to enjoy a weekend retreat, communal meals and outings, and independent follow-up gatherings- Spearheaded a rapid 3-week, $2,000 fundraising initiative to continue hosting events for teams

- Taught 26 conversational English classes, totaling 900 students, on a bi-weekly schedule- Developed original ESL lessons prioritizing verbal reinforcement of previously learned English grammar and vocabulary while cooperating with five Korean English co-teachers
