Responsible for the execution and delivery of the RCAF Fixed-Wing-Search and rescue -Aircraft-Replacement (FWSAR) Training Program. The program consist in providing a complete training solution for aircrew and maintainer on the Airbus C295 aircraft. The solution includes the courseware, self-paced and instructor led, the training devices (simulators) and a full aircraft for maintenance training. The mandate also include construction a new training facility building in CFB Comox, BC, all its fit-out and its operation for 20 years.

Responsible for the integration of the recently purchased Bombardier Military Aviation Training business into CAE. All aspect of the operation are to be integrated : contracts, IT infrastructure, finance system and reporting, project management and governance, HR and collective agreement, etc... CAE Military Aviation Training (CMAT) is the host of the NATO Flying Training in Canada (NFTC) program that produces qualified military pilots for defence customers. It is the Canadian school for F18 pilot with installation in Moose Jaw (SA) and Cold Lake (AB). CAE operates the NFTC base facilities, delivers the ground-school classroom and simulator training, and supports the live flying training that comprises this world-class, turnkey training system.

Responsible for the MHLH Chinook Helicopter program for the Canadian Defence. The program consist in providing a complete training solution; from Instructor led training and simulator sessions to on-aircraft training. The solution includes the courseware, self-paced and instructor led, and all the training devices (simulators) among which was a gunnery trainer and a deployable fixed base training device for deployment in theater of activity. The mandate also include provision of all classroom and tactical control center setup and furniture.
