As Associate Director – Real Estate at Drapac, Eric oversees all financial analysis, including development feasibilities, underwriting, cashflows, and market research, that underpin the management and disposal of Drapac Capital Partners and Laurimar Road’s real estate portfolios. Eric participates in multiple projects and touches all aspects of real estate investment, BTR and development.

• Point person in charge of monthly consolidated financial statements. • Accurately maintain multiple entity G/L including daily bank reconciliations, prepaid expenses, accruals, fixed assets, inter-company transactions, AP/AR. • Internal and External audit experience. • Income statement analysis, month over month variance calculations and explanations. • Compensation analysis and ad-hoc calculations in conformity with contractual agreements. • Responsible for the creation of a manual of all processes and responsibilities for use as training device and internal reference as audit support. • Ability to use skill set to streamline processes, efficiently increase performance, and effectively complete ad-hoc reporting requests.

• Point person in contact with service providers as well as clients. • Exceptional Time management, ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.• Work closely with upper management, as well as high net worth individuals. • Hedge Fund Audit experience has provided strong analytic skills, as well as superior attention to detail, and documentation ethic. • Extensive working knowledge with 3 years experience auditing Master Feeder structures, Fund of Fund’s, Side Pocket investments, Valuation of complex investment portfolios, Preparation of Financial Statements. Economic and Tax Allocations, K-1’s• Private Equity Audit experience including, Alternative investment vehicles, Fund Document review and compliance.• Monthly Reconciliations, analysis, and compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and company protocol.
