The Vice President’s role is to report in a positive fashion weekly on the groups progress towards its goals. To be able to accurately report this progress they need to record accurate data and encourage the group to record their activity.They are also responsible for chairing the Membership Committee who process member applications, run the renewal process for existing members and apply the BNI policies to any member concerns that may crop up from time to time. All of these tasks have to be carried out according to the correct process.

I’ve been employed by NCL. Group since June ’03 as a sales and marketing director. NCL own various pubs, restaurants and nightclubs in the Munster region and within my role I was tasked to run marketing campaign’s via print and radio media and to generate business at my employers venues. From booking bands to running promotions and also to selling advertising space within the premises/websites, it was a highly challenging and very rewarding role. I’ve scaled back my involvement now to a consultancy role only due to 9-5 work commitments.

Granby Electrical Services - Monkstown, Cork.(Formerly CG Services)Account and Project Management Granby Electrical Services are a market leader within the Electrical Industry in the Munster Area. My roles within the company were varied, however I was always entrusted with leadership roles on the major projects, which Granby’s were contracted to carry out. I also had an active role in developing new business for Granby’s, which involved preparing quotations for some projects and securing Purchase orders for the Company. I was also involved in the Maintenance section of the company, were I co-ordinated call outs and repairs on be half of Granby’s.
