I am a trial attorney with experience advising and representing high tech companies and intellectual property owners in intellectual property disputes. In particular, I specialize in patent litigations. I have tried cases in both U.S. Federal district court and the U.S. International Trade Commission. I am a Trustee for the Blue School, an independent non-profit private pre-primary, primary and middle school in downtown Manhattan. Its mission is to develop and share an inquiry-based approach to education that fosters creativity, promotes academic excellence, nurtures human relationships and inspires a growing passion for learning. I am Board Secretary. I currently serve as a member of the Board of Directors for the New York Lawyers for the Public Interest (NYLPI), whose mission is to advance equality and civil rights, with a focus on health justice, disability rights and environmental justice, through the power of community lawyering and partnerships with the private bar. I am on the Executive Committee of the NYLPI board.
