Responsible for all labs and analysis directly associated with products sold in the US including manufacturing facilities not located in the US. Plant responsibilities are mainly focused in Tupelo due to 90% of the volume being produced at that facility including NA distribution warehouse which is the central location for all Global product shipped.

This included all product lines, service parts and buy items to meet customer demand. Leadership team projects include SAP implementation, supply chain improvements, outsourcing, and third party logistical strategies. SAP business system project was a transition from Oracle that my team was accountable to ensure smooth transition and lessons learned at our plant for further implementation Worldwide. Significantly reduced inventory, air freight, while achieving several goals to lower operating cost in the supply chain. Manufacturer of composite structures for aerospace; Responsible for operations improvement for all plant programs reporting to the V.P. of Operations at the site level and division level. Programs included the Delta rocket and Arrow missile areas.

Manufacturer of automotive brake line/fuel line bundles; P&L responsibility for ETO business. Recruited by the acquisitions team to help turn around the newly purchased seventy-five million dollar drinking water equipment business. Achieved 11% favorable margin during this time. My job before moving to Charlotte included fourteen automotive plants reporting to the Director of North American Operations responsible for the Lean Enterprise/TPS, TQM, Cost Reductions, Kaizens, Corp. Supply Chain Development with Ford, GM, Chrysler, also, the Hisan divisions Toyota, Honda, Nissan.Participated in the ITT deployment meetings to form a strategic plan to implement Lean in all divisions worldwide. The program was successfully implemented and still active today.
