During the course of a six day week, I oversee more than one operation that take place for the JCPenny store at the West Gate Mall. These include the following:• Organizing employee schedules.• Managing supply inventory.• Inspecting crew progress, personally assisting as needed. • Liaison to JCP store manager and KBS.

At Flextime at Fluor, I oversee all of the functions of the company owner in his absence. I am his only employee, which means I am responsible for the following:• Attending to member needs; answering questions regarding operation of exercise equipment, upkeep of locker room towel supply and gym floor face towels.• Upkeep of machines; lubricating twice per year.• Monitoring hot tub Chlorine/pH balances.• Reporting exercise equipment repair issues to Fluor's grounds maintenance.
