Lead all energy projects in collaboration with over 250 electric US utilities/energy companies, ensuring long-term power supply demands align with Amazon’s electric vehicle (EV) deployment and delivery station expansion plan.• Hired veteran, utility-based leaders; procured enough capacity (leveraging 250 US utilities), delivering more than 1M packages/week through EVs in 2022.• Focus on process optimization to mitigate OJT and reactive culture. Affected 350 work sites by proactively developing repeatable processes with documented training and guidelines.• Built strategy across 350+ delivery stations transitioning from combustion to EV engine and charging station technology while optimizing procurement, delivery, and operational metrics.• Lead execution of power infrastructure strategies.
