Along with my colleagues, I am a director of the Albuquerque Fashion Incubator, a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation registered in the state of New Mexico. I have the responsibility of completing and submitting all required documents related to the corporation.ABQFI is the premiere organization for providing training in a real apparel manufacturing environment, having successfully completed 9 Manufacturing Bootcamp events. In each event, we hosted 20-35 volunteers to design, cut, sew, and deliver lined winter coats and other apparel to disadvantaged children in New Mexico. There is no other experience like this. Bootcamp slots fill in less than a day, and pre-production fills in less than an hour.

Management of programs to deliver space-qualified solar cells and arrays for Earth orbit, interplanetary, and UAV applications.• Budget control, scope oversight, schedule management to profitably deliver technologically complex products on time, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.• Interface between legal team and customer to negotiate and finalize contracts, NDAs, and export licenses.• Create beneficial cultural change by participating in improvement teams, developing and embracing new processes, identifying opportunities to mentor junior staff, and leading by example.• Manage technical, schedule, and budget risk through proactive engagement with customer and internal teams. Provide the "voice of the customer" within SolAero.

• Change management, budget controls, and new capability development to reduce costs and increase quality, throughput, and information content of collected data.• Strategic planning with customers, and collaboration with instrumentation manufacturers and software developers to enhance customer satisfaction.• Achievement of organizational objectives for maintenance and operation of optical instrumentation and related projects by identifying challenges in areas of change management, configuration control, and information assurance and working with staff to implement corrective measures to avoid problems.• Elevated operational efficiency by reducing consumable costs of data collection by 95% and increasing speed of supplying raw data with implementation of digital data collection. Reduced risk and liability exposure to OSHA and EPA regulations by eliminating the use of chemicals and resultant employee exposure and waste streams.• Valued by senior management, staff and stakeholders as trusted advisor and leader; elected to position of Vice Chair and then Chair of the Optical Systems Group (OSG). • Increased operational effectiveness by developing evaluation and acceptance tests as part of systematic evaluation process for imaging systems. Worked in close collaboration with NewTec, Redstone Test and Training Center, and government engineers to document and establish tests as standards for Range Commanders Council.• Reduced investment risk of a $10 Million purchase through rigorous testing and collection of required data to gain a comprehensive understanding of resolution and sensitivity of imagers.• Drove increased operational efficiency saving significant amounts of time and money in purchase of streaming video systems by using equipment on hand to develop evaluation tests for measuring latency (delay) and algorithmic breakdown.

Responsible for scheduling and control of real-time operations.Responsible for QA data collection process; initiated the conversion from the paper-based, manual system to an automated database, allowing for greater reporting flexibility and management insight.Advised customer on similar automation and standardization of QA data collection and helped to unify the two databases.Supervised hazardous waste stream, OSHA Right to Know station, calibration program, and other regulatory compliance tasks. Initiated a revision of chemical issue process that eliminated wasteful inventory practices and turned hostile inspectors into enthusiastic admirers.
