Account manager in charge of maintaining 34 Austin, Round Rock, and Georgetown area Wendy’s restaurants and the corporate headquarters’ network. I was responsible for monitoring the help desk ticket queue and alert logs, prioritizing, and then assigning them to the proper account manager. My responsibilities also included back-up management and log tracking for all clients and in-house servers, set-up and configuration of domain controllers and servers and Cisco and Juniper switches, routers, and firewalls, and maintaining all equipment at the Rackspace datacenter.
