I am responsible for coordinating the Unit’s gaming policy development activities. For the past two years, I have been a member of the Provincial Team negotiating a proposed new Ontario First Nations Gaming Revenue and Financial Sharing Agreement and work very closely with the Provincial Representative, the Honourable David Peterson.

At BrandEra.com, I served as Director, Business Development and Strategic Alliances and demonstrated a proven track record of partnership and account development which required I conceptualize evaluate, qualify and negotiate new business development opportunities.In 2000, BrandEra.com placed in the top 25 by the Global & Mail Canada’s “Hottest Dot-Coms” in 2000 - leading Internet B2B marketing, advertising and creative marketplace.

I managed the Canadian Chamber of Commerce’s international and domestic Internet, eCommerce and Telecommunications policy development and advocacy activities. In this position, I represented Canada’s largest technology firms (i.e. BCE, TELUS, Nortel,) in key domestic and international public policy consultations; assisted and advised the Government of Canada in the establishment of an Internet regulatory framework; advised international organizations (OECD, FTAA) on Canada’s eCommerce competitiveness; was a founding member of the FTAA Working Group on Electronic Commerce; wrote/presented public policy reports; and appeared in the media and before the House of Commons Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade as an eComemrce and Internet expert.
