Thinking of new ways to do things is second nature to me, I don't just accept the current status quo when I see opportunities for improvement. My curious nature helps with this. I always ask questions, even if they are uncomfortable. I Want to understand what's going on and how things work. I enjoy exploration and discovery… the search for improvements and innovations that enable the organization, team and individuals to grow. Inspiring teams to achieve goals in an open atmosphere in which everyone experiences space to be themselves and is heard gives me energy. In my opinion, this is the only way to sustainable success. Managing projects and portfolio's as well as managing their progress are therefore tasks that fit me perfectly. I have achieved good results in various commercial roles. With large innovation projects that are completely 'new to the world'. As well as with portfolio / brand management and everything that comes with it.
