As an undergraduate with honors in Agricultural Economics, I have dedicated myself to a range of initiatives and programs that reflect my passion for leadership, personal development, and community empowerment. I have been actively involved as a volunteer with HingAMAFARANGA Rwanda, focusing on green economy and monetized farmer initiatives. My roles have extended to being a Mandela Washington Fellowship reader for 2024, a member of the Private Sector Federation, and participating in programs such as the Young African Leadership Initiative, the Work Readiness Program, and Itorero Urumenesha.With couple years of experience, I have developed strong skills in leadership, marketing, tree mapping, and field operations, along with transformative skills. My practical experience as a data analyst has provided me with expertise in data cleaning and analysis, using tools such as Stata and SPSS. In 2024, I was honored to be selected as one of 71 fellows from 11,000 applicants across 125 countries. This program offered me valuable insights into diversity, inclusion, and ethical decision-making. During my time in the program, I contributed to conservation efforts at the Houston AIDS Memorial Garden, city heat mapping in Third ward, and the Columbia Tap Trail. not only that but also, providing solutions to Cuney homes Residents especially involved in campaigns of Slavery Ending.My academic and professional journey includes conducting practical analysis for various tasks in farm operation management, rural finance, citizenship and transformative education, human rights, econometrics, agricultural price analysis, value chain analysis, data management, and business management. These experiences have solidified my expertise in analysis and operations across different fields.Through my work with HingAMAFARANGA Rwanda, I have creatively directed and operated various projects, such as community development initiatives aimed at eradicating malnutrition, environmental conservation efforts focused on restoring agro-ecology and agro-forestry, and projects empowering women and promoting gender equality. Additionally, I have hands-on experience in aeroponics operations, particularly in transplanting plantlets to enhance the accessibility and availability of quality seeds for the community.My work is guided by ethical leadership principles, including Perseverance., Integrity, Humility, and Resilience, which I believe are crucial for driving impactiful change
