I began recruiting under a different company name in 1989. I continued full time until 1999, when I started work in ministry and then was elected to office. I continued as a consultant for two recruiting operations for people I trained to be recruiters in the mid to late 1990s. I went back to full time in the industry when one of those operations asked me to manage the sales and account management side. This was in 2019. I've been involved directly or indirectly in the recruiting business for over 30 years.
