Oversee the day to day operations and performance of a Cycle Gear location. Duties include, but not limited to, sales training, all operational tasks, customer service, merchandising and promotions, inventory management and recruiting as well as offering multiple levels of support to current and new "Team Leaders" within many other locations throughout the company. In addition, selected to be the mentor for the "Assistant Manager Mentoring Program" from October 2009 to November 2010 at which point, I suggested passing on this role to other peers, as a fantastic opportunity to not only gain a more in-depth experience by doing such mentoring, but as this program did for me as a mentor, it inspired me to attempt to perfect every aspect of what it was I was mentoring. Purchased automobiles via auctions and trade-ins for the inventory (retail) of 5 stores/dealerships. Responsible for traveling to 6+ auctions per week. Responsible for all Courtesy used car inventories. This position also included daily meetings that included market strategies and day-to-day buying trends.

Served as Graphic Designer and Production Artist for a multi-million dollar, multi-award winning company. Utilized complete range of graphic design software including, but not limited to, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Page Maker, Streamline and CorelDraw. Promoted to the “Specialty Team” that worked on the 2003 product line of new products involving 4 color mouse pads, magnets, stickers and engravings.
