Following a 4-year tenure in the US Navy directly after high school, Eric followed by achieving a degree in Accounting from Long Beach State University. Eric worked in Real Estate Accounting and Finance positions for Trammell Crow and Warmington Companies prior to beginning his brokerage career. Eric began commercial brokerage and in 1997 with Sperry Van Ness specializing in the North Orange County Multi-family market. In 2006, he relocated to Long Beach and joined Marcus & Millichap's office there. Eric specializes in multi-family investments in the Long Beach market but also has experience with commercial sales & leasing and business sales. His strength with accounting & finance, coupled with tenacity and a great work ethic in the brokerage space provides an excellent platform for real estate investors to grow their portfolios. Eric created the Everything Apartments podcast (available on Apple and Google podcasts) in 2021 covering all topics related to apartment investing, owning and managing. Eric has two adult sons, Ryan, who attends University of Arizona and Alex, who also joined the US Navy.
