Responsible to the Missile Defense Agency for fielding and testing of the Aegis Ashore (AA) Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS). • Manages the testing & integration of all program activities including the availability of the critical assets necessary to deploy and activate Aegis Ashore missile defense efforts at the contractor’s production test complex, the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) and deployed sites worldwide. • Develops and executes a $30M annual budget for the deployment and testing of $200M of Government Furnished Equipment• Simultaneously manages $75M in Aegis Ashore construction efforts at three separate locations. • Oversees the implantation of Aegis Ashore design, construction and configuration management efforts. • Leads the coordination efforts of multiple government agencies, contractors and field activities to accomplish program objectives • Briefs senior DoD leaders at all levels on program cost, schedule and performance milestones • Performs and reviews complex operations research study projects ensuring the facilities design models are accurately representative of program requirements • Plans the transportation of more than 200 shipping container of Aegis Ashore Combat System equipment valued in excess of $200M from eight separate locations in the United States to deployed locations worldwide

Directed the testing support of Reagan Test Site telemetry, RADAR, and optic assets to Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) and Inter-Continental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) programs conducting flight tests in the Marshal Islands.• Developed an annual $11M budget and directed the support of $4B in national test range assets to support flight test missions • Led an Integrated Product Team, consisting of DoD Civilians, Army, Air Force, and Navy Military personnel, contractor, engineers, scientists, and technicians • Coordinated the efforts of over 300 people in the planning and execution of range operations that supported the flight testing of Minuteman III and Peacekeeper ICBMs • Represented the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command to senior government and industry at national conferences and trade shows briefing the capabilities of Reagan Test Site

Commander of an XVIII Airborne Corps Patriot PAC-3 Air Defense Artillery Battery with a mission to maintain a 96 hour readiness alert status and rapid deployment capability to defend XVIII Airborne Corps assets from aircraft and missile attack.• Oversaw the readiness, operations, tactical employment, and maintenance of the Patriot PAC-3 missile system and associated equipment valued in excess of $120M• Lead and deployed over 135 soldiers and $120M in equipment to Operation Iraqi Freedom with no loss of life or equipment• Coordinate the efforts of multiple U.S Army and Marine Corps organizations while deployed in a hostile environment to successfully accomplish its wartime mission. • Deployed and conducted the Initial Operational Test and Evaluation (IOT&E) of the Patriot PAC-3 missile defense system validating its capabilities and suitability to be fielded to be fielded to U.S. Army air defense units
