The fields of the performing arts and scientific psychology share a common subject of interest: Human Behavior. Having now completed my transition from professional performing artist to scientific psychologist, I am inspired to investigate the various aspects of the performing arts that may have significant psychological applications.

I came to Germany in 1994 to spend a summer as a street performer. One thing led to the next and I began working as a professional performing artist doing shows throughout Europe. In 1998, I began working with the very first group of clinic clown in German. Out of this work arose my interest in psychology. Since then I have been using my performing arts skills in my work as a psychologist.
