I work as the Operations Director at Vital Records Control, a premier provider of information management and secure destruction services, where I oversee operations across multiple regions in the northeast.In this role, I focus on ensuring operational excellence, driving efficiencies, and fostering collaboration across various teams. By partnering with leadership at different sites, I help ensure that our operations not only meet but exceed industry standards and client expectations. My experience in operational strategy, team development, and process improvement allows me to create an environment where teams thrive and deliver high-impact results.In the Army Reserve, I currently serve as Inspector General, following two successful command positions totaling six years. As a Captain, I continue to lead and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and discipline, translating those values into every aspect of my civilian and military career.
