I am primarily charged with overseeing the day-to-day operations of Lee & Associates NYC, guiding the company's accounting department and serving as General Counsel, where I leverage my legal and accounting expertise, and practice a holistic approach to operational strategy, to enhance our organization’s operations and performance. As General Counsel, I provide oversight of the company’s day-to-day legal affairs and apply my 25+ years of real estate transactional experience to help guide our clients and the 50+ brokers in our Lee NYC office. In addition to my deep knowledge on topics such as acquisitions and dispositions, 1031 exchange transactions, mortgage financing and constructions loans, joint venture agreements, brokerage commission agreements, and more, I have personally represented landlords in leasing transactions totaling several million square feet over my career.Additionally, I led the operation and direction of Lee NYC’s 35-asset, 20-person Property Management division for 9 years before transitioning the operations to Lee NYC’s strategic property management partner. To this day, I continue to oversee the portfolio as asset manager.I am proud to have had a successful track-record of building authentic and trusting relationships with colleagues and clients and I am excited to be able to continue to provide leadership to our organization and to support its growth.
