Eric is the Founder and CEO of EFICIONADO, LLC - a Columbus, Ohio-based brand management company that provides services in the educational, sports, non-profit, and entertainment sectors. Eric is a highly sought-after professional speaker. Considered an expert by both local and national print, radio and broadcast media on black male leadership development and community engagement. He has been featured on NPR and ESPN Classics. He has over three decades of experience in the areas of education, advertising, marketing, media relations and sports development in North America, South Africa and China. He has worked with Fortune 500 corporations. In addition, he has advised professional athletes in the area of brand and image marketing representing MLB, NFL and NBA. He has also developed curriculum and taught Sports Marketing as an adjunct faculty member at Columbus State Community College. Eric has provided his services in the Venture Capitalist sector as a Global Strategist for LOUD Capital, a venture capital firm headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. He co-created and managed a pitch competition for the Chicago Bulls, Chicago Bulls Venture Competition, served as a panelist for the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) initiative at Morehouse College, developed and managed a Global Venture Through Sports Summit in collaboration with the Investment Association of China, and the Yao Ming Foundation in Las Vegas. He also has experience in higher education as the program director for the Buckeye Social Entrepreneurship Program (BSEP) at The Ohio State University, the Office of Outreach and Engagement, and the Todd A. Bell Resource Center for the African American Male, and managed the faith-based initiative for the Office of the President.

Responsible for creating global strategies for all of the offices for LOUD Capital, which consist of Columbus, Ohio its headquarter base, Chicago, Beijing, China, New York City, New York, and most recently its office in Atlanta. As an alumnus of Morehouse College, he is in the process of creating an investment fund for the alumnus of Morehouse to invest in student/alumnus' companies. In addition, he will be involved in identifying resources to support the Atlanta Fund to support various entities in the Atlanta communityEric also co-manages Legacy Ventures which provides brand marketing and venture services for professional athletes. He also establishes relationships with government entities. As an alumnus of The Ohio State University, Eric plays a major role in managing Scarlet Union Ventures (SUV) which provides investments for student and alumni companies from The Ohio State University.

Develop and directs an advanced student leadership program focused on social entrepreneurial development; in collaboration with student life leadership and program's external stakeholders, implements and provides strategic direction to the program; manages relationships with program stakeholders; recruits students and community partners to connect with students; markets the entrepreneurship program to potential partners and students; secures opportunities for students leadership experiences external to campus, and serves as a liaison to directed university offices.

Provide administrative and managerial leadership support for outreach and engagement programs and initiatives including areas related to the president's office, student life, academic councils and community partners. Responsible for developing strategies and programs through educational and community initiatives with the Wexner Medical Center, College of Nursing, Weinland Park, Columbus City Schools, North/South Linden, and Hilltop. Chair of the Communications Committee for the Weinland Park Collaborative (OSU, Columbus Foundation, United Way, Anne E. Casey Foundation ., etc.) Managed the president's office Clergy Advisory Council and collaborative initiatives. He managed OSU outreach and engagement initiatives with faculty, staff, and community leaders for the OSU LiFE Sports Program.

Responsible for creating and implementing 21st century learning skills into Ohio's core secondary education (K-12) standards curriculum; Served on Ohio's review committee for Race To The Top secondary education proposals; Presented to more than 3,000 educators, and business professionals on the content of 21st century learning skills; Oversaw grants and program operations for Early College High School Programs with an estimated budget of over $7 million; Responsible for developing and implementing a 21st Century Skills/Entrepreneurial Initiative for Ohio middle/high schools; Developed and implemented STEM in the Middle program for urban middle school students.

Created strategic plan for the development of a Leadership Center on African American Males; Created and implemented a state wide African American Male Roundtable Session "The Ohio Spectrum of Opportunity: From High School Graduation to Home Ownership" with African American male high school students.
