Effectively managed the design and configuration for Pre-FEED and FEED phases of various new build and conversion FPSOs. This role included responsibilities for structural steel layout, equipment layout, piping, supports and cable tray routing across the entire FPSO, all executed using Aveva E3D software. In the MV27 Co2 brownfield project, the focus was collaborating with the skid supplier, identifying shutdown tie-in locations and overseeing the interconnect piping between the skid and the FPSO, while addressing pipe stress, support placement, and coordinating the lifting and installation of the new skid in the laydown area.

Additionally, serving as the Sr. lead brownfield designer for PSV Modifications across the entire fleet and the FPSO Kuito Sustainability Project (KOSP). All tasks were executed using PDMS Design and Draft software.

Served as the Sr. Lead PDMS Designer for Conoco Phillips FLNG, Excelerate Energy FLNG, RGU (Regasification Unit), Flex FLNG, and MOHO Nord projects. Responsibilities included developing MTOs, equipment arrangements, and overall piping layouts, with all tasks executed utilizing PDMS Design and Draft software.

Sr. Lead PDMS Designer for the Petrobras Calm Buoy Project, responsibilities encompassed the layout and design of all piping systems, equipment verification, preparation of material take-off and weight reports, general arrangements, and isometrics, as well as collaboration with installation engineers on mechanical handling and riser/umbilical pull-in procedures. Additionally, FPSO Frade project included the design of the pipe rack and drain system.

Served as Sr. piping Designer for the Genghis Khan Expansion Project with Marco Polo and worked on-site in Trinidad for the Beachfield Dolphin Deep Onshore Project. Utilized AutoCAD 2006 to prepare General Arrangements and employed FlexCAD for Piping Isometrics. Additional responsibilities included reviewing General Arrangements, managing the Tie-In list, and confirming the accuracy of all specialty items.

The layout and design of various onshore and offshore projects encompassed power generation as well as oil and gas facilities. These projects involved the development of Fuel Gas skids, Process skids, Single Lift, and Process Modules. I traveled to the U.A.E. and Russia to conduct site assessments of the MarGham-Dubai gas compression plant and the Megionne gas power generation plant for as-built documentation. My responsibilities included estimating man-hours, creating customer specifications, 3-D modeling, equipment layout, isometric drawings, P&IDs, piping plans, elevators, and detailed designs utilizing Rebis/AutoPlant.

Collaborated with the Project Manager on the Cepu TAC/Banyu Urip Project for ExxonMobil, where I was tasked with the three-dimensional layout of a sulfur recovery unit comprising two trains, utilizing PDMS as the design tool. I managed the modeling and layout of two utility plants and one upstream facility for the CV-1 and CV-2 Saudi Gas Initiative Project, employing PDMS, AutoCAD, and MicroStation. Additionally, I was responsible for the layout of the power generation area for the Ecuador TLC project, which included modeling and equipment arrangement.

The Texaco Angola Offshore Project included layout, design and integration of two production decks onto an existing platform. The responsibilities involved developing P&IDs, modeling skid-mounted equipment, designing skid piping, and creating a pig launcher and receiver skid, as well as the HP Production Manifold Skid and the routing of interconnecting piping.
