Transforming Ecco leather goods.As Head of Design/Product at ECCO, I am entrusted with the mission of transforming and make relevant, the brand's leather goods by honoring its DNA and rich legacy. With a deep commitment to excellence, I provide and set up the creative direction, shaping mesmerizing collections that captivate consumers. Leading a collaborative team of designers and developers, we work together to create exciting products (bags, small leather goods, belts, gloves) that are deeply rooted in consumer preferences. In close collaboration with the Merchandise team, I contribute to building a seasonal range plan that reflects the needs and desires of our target audience. Ensuring the use of appropriate materials, I deliver elevated products that showcase the beauty of ECCO's leather sourced from our Golden-rated tanneries. Moreover, I forge strong partnerships with the Marketing team and Art Director, ensuring consistency and a seamless alignment with the brand's creative direction in our campaigns and activations.

Position: Design Manager of Calvin Klein Accessories, CALVIN KLEIN EUROPEResponsibilities:.Lead the accessories design team (8 designers) in developing leather goods, small leather goods, belts, and soft accessories collections for both men and women..Ensure that the collections align with the global creative direction, the brand's DNA, and the apparel division..Deliver collections that fulfill commercial needs as defined by the Merchandise team, while incorporating design elements connected to seasonal trends..Conduct trend research and market analysis that aligns with the brand's strategy..Develop concepts and themes in accordance with the design creative direction, including hardware, prints, and volume..Create and manage the design team calendar to effectively plan and organize workflow..Oversee the design team's workflow to ensure adherence to the critical path..Communicate ideas and designs to the VP and Global Creative Director..Work within the divisional calendar to meet project deadlines..Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all design aspects..Collaborate closely with team members and communicate daily on issues and changes that arise during product development..Partner with Product Developers to ensure a seamless workflow..Maintain the highest standard of quality for all styles and assist in finding solutions to any problems encountered during sample development..Mentor and support team members in their professional growth.
