Production- Through better time management and right sizing the work force was able to increase labor efficiency 35% adding $150k monthly to the bottom line, or $1.8 M annualized.- Prior to July 2015, there was a significant amount of past due open shop orders (some exceeding 6 months). With an emphasis on improving this area we were able to maintain current shop orders.Planning- Developed a WIP report which monitored WIP inventory levels at various stations. This report is used for production planning and improvement in working capital.- Created a short and long term scheduling tool in order to take advantage of increased efficiencies through proper planning. Safety- Began initiative to review all process plans. Upon review, evaluated processes along with employees, identified potential safety improvements, and evaluated for execution. Safety improvements were executed and there are 0 recordables YTD.
