I am promoted to the Managing Director level in September 2005 and take the responsibility for managing the consulting line of services dedicated to the finance function in Insurance in FranceIn this role, I take care of the business development of the area under my scope of responsibility - team management, training, recruitment - business plan, go-to-market strategy and customer approaches - marketing and communication strategy - monitoring of the commercial and financial performance of the activities under my scope of responsibilities.Beyond the development of client relationships and the supervision of engagements within the existing portfolio of clients, I open new clients, notably in bancassurance and also at a major reinsurance player where I deliver a post-merger integration program that will be extended by a multi-year financial transformation master plan. I am then named responsible for the commercial relationship with this new client.In 2010, I participate in the creation of the new consulting line of services dedicated to risk management function ('Risk Management Business Services'), which was decided at global level by Accenture. I am part of the leadership team in charge of this new practice, and I take operational responsibility for the insurance sector in France, and after that, France and Benelux.Beyond the scope of services initially focused on the finance function (technical accounting on assets and liabilities, multi-gaap ledger, 'fast-closing', plan, budget and forecasting, performance monitoring dashboards, reporting and financial communication), I anticipate and manage within this new organization the repositioning of some of our team members for risk and compliance management in Insurance.
