I spearhead the development of an online contract management system that supports Corporate Fronting and ILM underwriting teams and am coordinating the migration from a legacy Access/Excel system to a SQL Server and ASPRunnet.net framework. Assimilating disparate data sets into a consolidated reporting system, I execute modeling utilizing Power Pivot, SQL, Power BI, Reporting Service and SharePoint. I introduced reporting activities, including external and internal audits, integration with global sanctions quality control, client data protection and Solvency II, to ensure compliance and regulatory guidelines met. Collaborating multi-functionally, and multi-nationally, I identify opportunities to optimize workflow efficiencies, employing best practice and agile methodology to promote Digital by Default programs. I created a catastrophe loss model for ILM function, leveraging stochastic RiskLink curves, historical and proprietary data that enables the offering of competitive and profitable rates due to increased confidence in event risk exposure and loss projections that the model provides. Process improvements introduced have realized a tenfold increase in speed of delivery to client and I have launched several reporting applications which manipulate millions of records to execute reactive and predictive analyses. Clients recognize this ability to provide timely and accurate reporting as a benefit that competitors are unable to offer. I devised, built, and installed a machine learning-enabled claims ETL system for E&S business that has reduced monthly manual labor requirements by 10 hours and developed a web-based solution that tracks monthly performance of re-insurance contracts worth billions of dollars. Designing a cash matching tool for the Accounts team, I expedited internal and client payment processing in SAP and SICS and reduced a backlog of $2 million in suspense cash received, slashing processing time of cash payment down from two weeks to two days.
