Eric has 30 years experience operating as a business improvement consultant throughout the UK, Ireland and Internationally. He has published several Papers on Business issues for a number of Universities both here and in Europe and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel. He works with a number of global organisations on culture change programmes around the world. He regularly speaks at international conferences on a range of Leadership and organisational culture topics. He was guest speaker at the Ritz Carlton,Cayman May 2019 speaking on "Authentic Leadership and giving back to the community", the subject of his first book titled "Moving Horizons".In Jan 2020 he was Guest Speaker at the Ubuntu Foundation Conference in Cape Town,South Africa.
