Current-Schedule and review patient COVID-19 vaccine appointments, providing updates and information about vaccine availability, procedures, and policies-Provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their questions and concerns-De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied callers, offering patient assistance and support-Guide callers through troubleshooting and navigating the vaccine registration website -Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service-Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s patient management policies
