Eric Jesse is a partner in Lowenstein Sandler’s Insurance Practice Group. Eric’s goals are his clients’ goals and he works hard to achieve them. Whether working to resolve coverage disputes when insurers withhold coverage or counseling clients on their existing insurance portfolio, Eric takes a practical yet thorough approach to address clients’ insurance needs. In particular, Eric strives to avoid litigation when disputes can be amicably resolved in their initial stages. When litigation is necessary, Eric focuses on the tasks and arguments that move the case toward the client’s desired result without any distractions that needlessly increase the costs of litigation. Eric is also a member of Lowenstein Sandler’s Business Litigation and Antitrust practices. As a member of these groups, Eric takes the same practical approach to litigation as he does in insurance disputes to counsel clients and resolve their complex commercial disputes creatively, but efficiently, with a focus on the clients’ goals. In addition, Eric has litigated several pro bono matters through his work with the Lowenstein Center for the Public Interest. He has successfully represented veterans to help them obtain their medical and disability benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs. He has also successfully stopped the deportation of unaccompanied immigrant children, who came to the United States to escape violence in their native country, by helping them obtain permanent residency.
