Practicing since 2005, I have been intensely and diligently involved and participating in many transactions & projects by advising international and domestic clients of different sectors in the fields including, but not limited to, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), M&A, Outbound Investment, Corporate Governance, Compliance and Restructuring. Our client pool is covering the MNCs and SMEs based in the EU & the USA, as well as those growing industry players in the emerging economies such as India, the Middle East and Russia. In 2013, I attended the Law Firm Leadership Program in Harvard Law School (HLS). In 2014, I was invited by the U.S. Department of State and participated the Internatinal Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), a globally renowned exchange program that aims to host premier international professionals of different sectors from all over the world. My participation in the IVLP primarily focused on the global protection of the intellectual property right (IPR).
