• Responsible for all operations of the front desk and guest services.• Responsible for the management of front office personnel such as staff training And shift scheduling.• Responsible for proper key control and other security measures.• Deposits guests' valuables in hotel safe or safe deposit box.• Provides and ensures high quality guest relations.• Maintains the desired levels of quality assurance ratings, including guest comment form.

• Directly supervise all front office personnel and ensure proper completion of all front office duties.• Participate in the selection of front office personnel.• Supervise workloads during shifts.• Evaluate job performance of the staffs.• Verify that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated.• Update group information; maintain, monitor and prepare group requirements.• Uphold the hotel’s commitment to hospitality.

• Verify all account postings and balance.• Track room revenues, occupancy percentages and other front office statistics.• Summarize results of operations for management.• Ensure the accuracy and balance of front office accounting records and prepare summaries of financial data on a daily basis.

• Provides extensive information pertaining to the hotel’s room rate, accommodation, etc.• Handles inquiries and responsible for booking rooms for hotel guest.• Use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel.• Possess a working knowledge of the reservations department; take same day reservations and future reservations when necessary.• Assists guests in all front office-related areas.

• Operates PABX System.• Delivers messages for In-house guests.• Assists Front Office in guest checking-in and out.• Coordinates with Front Office for carriage of baggage of guest checking-in and checking-out.
