Etteplan Consulting Shanghai is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Etteplan Group in China.I was responsible for managing the electrical ,mechnical and technical documentation team for Etteplan Shanghai,totaling 13 people. I mainly serve and manage customers of leading enterprises in construction machinery,machinery manufacturing, medical equipment and other industries. In early 2018, I was appointed to be responsible for the establishment of the technical documentation team in the Shanghai office.As the depmartment manager.the main responsibilities are: 1. Supervised and controlled the overall profitability of the team. 2. Participated in the company's operation and strategic decision-making as a core member.3. Responsible for business expansion, business and technical negotiation.4. Collected business information of competitors and explore potential business opportunities.5. Leaded company's project as a project manager.6. Arranged and coordinated the daily work of the engineers. 7. Participated in the recruitment and training of new employees.From October 2020 to May 2021, I was appointed as the Marketing Manager in China.As a Marketing Manager, the main responsibilities are:1. Connected with foreign marketing teams and participated in monthly globle marketing meetings.2. Organized and participated in the Bauma China 2020 exhibition.3. Implemented and used the Baidu promotion system.4. Manage WeChat official account tweets.
