Direct the strategy, development and implementation of strategic initiatives- Build multiple distribution channels- Direct and manage the product development, carrier meetings, sales strategy, implementation, program design, and revisions or elimination of products and services experiencing less than satisfactory performance.- Coordinate program strategies and tactics within each discipline, ensuring teams are effectively working together on all initiatives - Marketing, IT, Underwriting, Sales, and Operations.-Manage the relationship building with internal and external clients. Establish and maintain key relationships with key community and strategic partners within the industry.- Manage the client relationships and maximize the leveraging of insurance in force while maximizing the relationship with the client, carrier and insured’s. In addition, identify key business opportunities, define target markets and determine profitability.- Mobilize and unify differing parties to achieve consensus for acceptance, support and implementation of initiatives.- Advise clients on alternate methods of solving needs or problems or recommend specific solutions.-Manage the division performance and expenses against budget - obtain approvals for unbudgeted expenses.- Manage the vendor relationships including selection, review/renewal of contracts, deadlines, deliverables, and budgeted expenses.- Measure the effectiveness of the products, structure and services and recommend changes and additions to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.- Use interpersonal skills and strategic thinking for delivering messages, dealing with challenging topics and managing interpersonal conflict.- Collaborate with senior management in the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
