My career experience has evolved from my passions in service, technology & the arts. As my career evolves, I take lessons from each role and collect experiences to improve my perspective and increase responsibility. Starting in sales, I learned the skill of persuasion, negotiation and customer service. I consistently exceeded my sales objectives by listening to customer needs and offering value solutions. As a Sales Manager, I used planning and follow up skills to manage the success of a sales team.After earning my MBA at DePaul University, I transitioned to different roles in customer lifecycle management and product marketing in both consumer and business segments. I functioned as both team contributor and team leader to build business cases and implement process improvement. My experiences as a product manager makes me a valuable resource to examine market conditions and analyze variables in the value stream to improve results.Most recently, I accepted a role as Finance Operations Director at a not for profit social services agency. In this role, I leverage experience in property management, human resources and financial operations to improve operational efficiency. To balance my time, I follow my passion for music and the arts and work part time in non for profit arts development. I volunteer as a Director of a fine arts foundation that grants an average of $200,000 annually to local art and education institutions.
